A little more about me- I recently left my 8-5 Law Firm job to pursue my passion of starting my own business. During my 10+ years working for corporate America- I did everything from event planning, email & social media marketing, graphic design, administrative + office management, writing, etc. I finally decided to follow my passion, so I started my own business as a Virtual and Business Assistant. Now I wake up every morning, excited and motivated to start my day and ready to help your business succeed and flourish!
I’m a bit of a perfectionist so you can rest assured that your project will be completed to your liking! I want my clients to walk away happy and have one less thing to worry about in life. One of my life motto’s is Quality over Quantity. I believe in working with my client together as a team and helping to make their life easier- whether it be personal or business related.
When I am not busy working away in my home office, you can find me traveling, watching educational webinars, writing/blogging, browsing Pinterest or having a cappuccino + reading a book.
Social Media + Blog• Create blog content and images, moderate and add blog comments, graphic design, Pinterest board organization and pinning relevant content, create social media accounts, build fan and followers, social media scheduling and management, etc.
Personal:• Shopping/researching gift ideas (clients, family, friends), schedule appointments, travel/vacation research/pricing, pay your bills, send e-cards or handwritten cards, restaurant reservations, etc.
Administrative:• Data entry, email and calendar management, online research (eg quotes, content), scouting online potential business, drafting letters, to-do list/reminders, ordering supplies, document and file management, etc.
